If you want to tighten up those GLUTES, HAMSTRINGS & CALVES, try this great workout:
Walk on the treadmill at 15.0 incline and 3.7 speed for 2-4 miles (30-60 minutes)
You will most likely have to hold on so make sure you have a towel, water and good music! Also be sure to stretch afterwards.
Do this at least twice a week and you will definitely feel the results.
