KEEP OFF WINTER WEIGHT:
Get outdoors 3-5 miles (30-60 minutes) sprint a block/walk 2 blocks. The key is to get the heartrate up and burn those calories. Getting the heartrate up burns more calories for a longer period of time than going slow and steady. Follow up with 3 sets of 30 crunches/15 pushups!
