Crab Puffs….

 

 

Cheesy Crab Puffs….

I typically use my left over crab dip to make this recipe. So here is my recipe.

 However, you could prepare and use the dip for a variety of dishes. My crab melts included. 🙂

 

Crab Dip

1  lb lump crab meat

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2-3 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

a dash or two of Worchester Sauce

 

Cheesy Crab Puffs

 

2 containers of crescent dough

a shredded cheese blend (my local Giant has a mac-n-cheese blend I use)

1 whisked egg

Old Bay Seasoning

 

Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Roll out crescent dough. At the base of the triangle, spread some of the crab dip and sprinkle some cheese.

Roll the dough toward the point. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 18-20. When golden brown.
