5 ears of corn husked and cut in half
4 cups of water
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere’s)
1. In large stock pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Turn down to medium high heat and add milk, honey, and Cajun seasoning. Add corn
3. Let simmer for about 10 minutes
4. Remove corn from pot and brush with melted butter. Add additional Cajun seasoning.
