1 large bag of kale cut into pieces ( I use Glory Greens)
1. Rinse kale and dry completely. Break larger pieces in half so kale will bake evenly.
2. Spread kale onto baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and lightly season with sea salt.
3. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 toss kale around midway through baking process. Kale should be crunchy like a potato chip.
4. Remove from oven and serve.
